Bizarrely I have given a 4 rating because though they got it wrong, they were better at putting it right. What do I mean? Well, my order of football boots, which were a good price, was picked correctly, but inside the box there were a different pair of boots (actually more expensive). I dreaded how this may prove tricky, but from the initail contact, right through the return process, everything was fairly simple, dealt with quickly, and cost me nothing extra with regards to postage. The new boots then arrived, all within a week, and I did like the personal touch of the Customer Service person who corresponded with their name. Now I have a pair of boots I'm happy with.
