I was charged twice for my order as one item wasn't available. The order was placed order was placed on the 6th of March and 1st payment was taken, second amount is being held pending since then and won't be refunded into my account until Saturday 20th of March as I contacted my bank and they gave me this information. I emailed them and called all 3 numbers to try and get my money back sooner as I'm on disability and this was my full payment so iv had to go without groceries for that week and trying to come back since. This isn't good enough. Terrible way to treat customers.
