It has been made blatantly obvious that a simple return/refund issue cannot be dealt with.
The store decides that perhaps what you want is what they wish to give you choosing to ignore your return request. Having requested a refund i instead recieved an exchange i had not requested, costing me additional money in postage returns and forcing me to apply through Paypal for my refund, as all my mails were ignored and i only recieved automated responses! Shoddy behaviour and terrible customer service!
