I was frustrated that all of the items arrived in dribs and drabs over several parcels. This is the most unenvironmentally friendly and wasteful way to send the items. I also was frustrated that everything arrived in plastic when it could have been sent in recyclable packaging quite easily. Sports Direct have to change this practice.
The delivery also took a long time to arrive.
