Hello,
I ordered size 8 shoes. A pair of size 10 sheos arrived. As per the delivery note .. I then went on to the website and rendered the same pair in size 8. A pair of 10 turns up in my basket. As this had happened before I checked. Really not sure how this can happen but it did. Resulting in me having to pay to return the item. This hasn't been a great experience.
