Would have given zero or a minus if I could have. "Next day delivery?" I paid an extra £3 on top of what I think is an already inflated delivery charge to get my parcel on day 4. Why not state weekends dont count right beside the delivery info and not a few lines further down that section? Trying to speak to a human is impossible with SD and Hermes. Appalling service. Please dont blame Covid. Other suppliers I use, amazon to name one, provide a realistically priced service including weekends. I certainly will never use SD again until you improve your service and start charging realistic delivery charges.
