Bought online so additional P&P. When they didn’t fit had to return to store but they didn’t have new size. So cost more P&P (not free to store either unlike others). Given a gift receipt no refund. On a scrappy bit of badly printed till roll. Was fading quickly at home so forced into buying something quickly. Got a great priced pair of boots for dad but obviously additional P&P.
