I place a order for a pair of football boots for my son, i added a t shirt, shorts and some socks just because. Soon after i received an email stating that the boots where out of stock (checked on the website they were available). I emailed customer service explaining i really want the boots and the other things aren't important can i change them to anther pair, i have paid for delivery and if i make another order i will have to pay for delivery again. They replied saying no so i will end up loosing out for something that has nothing to do with me. I then explained this again asking to then cancel my order and redo it with another pair of boots, no shock this couldn't be done either.... So i end up loosing out and customer service don't care because either way they've got my money. Thanks
