The customer care is absolutely incompetent. Either they send wrong sizes, or it's not clear on the website. They sell items on a certain size with UK/EU size on the website, but then the item is made on US size. The The"translation between UK and US size" is absolutely wrong and they try to make you feel like the fool. Do they know that EU size is the same everywhere? I am now forced to pay a return. Totally disappointed.
