I have given a poor rating for the following reason.
The goods came on time and the process was fast enough.
However, I have received 3 emails, when order was received, processed and despatched. None of them say which constitutes a receipt. Usually when online ordering, for instance with Argos, when you buy something, the online paperwork states that it is a receipt and to be used for future queries. The emails from Sports Direct do not do this, so I'm a little confused and concerned, as one of the items is too big and I need to return. Clarity would be nice.
