I ordered a large size tracksuit at the special price. My order was approved and payment taken including a further item which I placed to maximize the delivery cost. I was then told that the size I ordered was not available!!!! I have received the other item but have been charged for the tracksuit and the full delivery charge. The tracksuit has now been readvertised at the special price and appears to be available in the large size that I requested. Nothing short of a shambles. Will I be getting the tracksuit or am I getting a refund including the delivery cost???
