If there is a one company should be avoided to buy something online, it would be Sportsdirect. And, the same as for Hermes when it comes to parcel delivery. 💯% I have cancelled the order just after I placed it but didn't get refund of £5 for the delivery charges. And, the worse delivery service ever I have witnessed which was HERMES. Hermes had left my parcel outside of our block which could be lost/stolen easily. I don't trust either Sportsdirect or Hermes anymore. I have complained few times. Unfortunately, there were no responses from them. The customer service is very poor for both companies. Both companies should be avoided wholeheartedly. PERIOD... 🛑
