Shocking experience. Ordered some Undwr Armour trainers. Incorrect size sent. Had to pay to send them back due to waiting on response from customer service. Then I requested the correct size was sent out. Customer service responded on Facebook and was more helpful than anyone else contacted.
I then didn't receive my trainers just an email stating refund.
