My order was placed and acknowledged by Sports Direct on 18th March, and despite payment being taken from my account, I have still not received the items.
Customer services have advised that they need to make enquiries of the couriers, Hermes, and cannot resolve until they receive a response. Given that I have emailed the couriers myself without response I am not optimistic of a successful outcome.
The items are still showing that it is somewhere in Hermes system, but as there has been no update for several days, it is presumed lost.
Very frustrating for me as a customer, because I ordered and paid in good faith, and the goods were required as gifts - whereby the date required has now surpassed....very frustrating!
