I was quite shocked to find that it would cost £4.99 to have my parcel delivered to the local shop for me to collect it, the same price as home delivery. However my daughter urgently needed a new pair of trainers for school, so I paid the amount. On opening the parcel we found that the navy and pink trainers I had ordered were a different style and colour to what had been ordered!
