While I was very happy with your website, products, size charts and the garments I ordered.. I was very unhappy with you're promise on delivery. I paid an extra premium to have next day delivery so that my daughter had a PE kit for her return to school on the monday. However the delivery did not arrive on Sunday as confirmed by yourselves in your confirmation email. It arrived after my daughter had returned from school on monday.... and not before she was diciplined at school for not having said kit. I hope my review finds it's way to the correct department of your company who deals with little girls broken hearts!!!
