awful . placed and paid an order and delivery for items to be cancelled for not being stock . so i placed another order and to make delivery charges viable added extras items,for items in this delivery also be cancelled. spoke to customers service twice asked for a refund of one f the delivery charges due their system taking payments then cancelling them for not being in stock, they were not interested and since have not answered my emails. shocking customer service!
