My recent experience of sports Direct was not a good one. I originally placed an order for three items, of which I was notified that one of those items was no longer available and had been cancelled due to lack of stock. I received the other two items without an issue but when I tried to order a replacement item I could see that the same product that had been cancelled was still being advertised for sale on the Sports Direct website. I queried this with customer service and was advised that the site is not directly linked to the stock inventory, I was not able to find out if the item was available or not and when I enquired about ordering a different replacement item was advised that I would have to pay an additional £5 postage, even though the cancelled item was part of a previous order. That seemed to me unreasonable so I shopped elsewhere.
