Ordered toddler trainers - wrong size in box. Decided to keep for when my daughter grows into them and order a different pair. Exact same issue - wrong size in the box. So I’ve paid £9.90 for delivery and got no correct size trainers. Emailed customer services as can’t find a number to ring, reply asked for photos which I sent and haven’t heard anything back. I’m not prepared to pay to send them back as it’s a sports direct error and I want the delivery costs refunding as I don’t have what I paid for.
