Ordered 10 balls from the football team that I coach at a cost of £66 and delivery of £7.99. Was told that there was 1 package to be delivered. Receive a small package only big enough to fit 1 ball in. Emailed Sports Direct as you can’t ring! They said they would investigate. I had to fill out a form. They are looking in to this issue which is clearly a picking issue as the code on the 1 ball is correct just been out on the wrong product. I have told Sports Direct that I want a refund as I don’t trust that they can send 9 more balls. What a joke.
