The packaging of the items I received was dirty and damaged (inside the outer plastic delivery bag). And some of the items looked like they had been opened before and squashed back into their respective boxes. This was disappointing to receive. Despite these being sale items I still would expect them to arrive looking new and not like they'd been sat in a warehouse/sales bin for a while.
No problems with the delivery itself though - this was on time and I regular updates communicated by email.
