With SD you are attracted by the price, however the actual quality of the shoes I found disappointing. The packing was in a dreadful state, both pairs had clearly been shipped and returned many times. The delivery charge was reasonable - but spending over £80 would have expected free shipping - or at least discounted if I chose to collect from a drop point. I may use SD again, but there are so many other places to buy these brands - with free delivery at £80 and perhaps better care with packing and repacking. The length of time for refund is very poor - SD cash flow is fine.
