Hi,
After roaming your website to find my items that were listed as being in stock, I was surprised to receive an email informing me that 2 of my items are no longer available. I find this frustrating as technology is now sophisticated enough to provide real-time item availability information. my items were delivery over several days which was no efficient.
i have ben sent an email telling my my money will be refund, but no date was provided as to when this will happen, and as I write this I have still not receive my refund.
I would appreciate a response to this message - with a timeline for my refund.
