What a joke. Suppose to get my parcel last sunday as i paid £7.99 next day delivery. Never arrived i have emailed about 5 times about this and no reply. Rang about 10 times no answer. Rang hermes about this . To see wher my parcels are. Only to be charged £18 for phone call which i didn't even speak to any 1. Sports direct not got back to me with any emails and i wake up to this 1 this morning to write a review ???? Joke
