I order two items, trainers and a jacket. The trainers arrived in great conditions and were perfect. However, the jacket was not delivered. I tried to contact Hermes, the courier, but there was no way to get speak with anyone. The automatic reply said it had tried to deliver the jacket and we were not at home. It was a lie, were at home all the time, the proof is that the courier didn't leave a note. I dont know if I'm going to receive the jacket or not, or if my money will be returned or not. Very poor online service I'm afraid.
