I ordered four items, unfortunately, one of them, a child's tracksuit had the trousers missing. I contacted customer service by email and within a day, the problem had been solved and a new tracksuit was on its way. The four items were of very good quality and very reasonably priced. Customer service was excellent. I did pay for next day delivery. It did take two days to arrive, but on the tracking, I could clearly see it was the courier causing the delay. They also delivered it to the wrong address and it took me an hour tracking it down from the photo they sent showing proof of delivery. Again, this was the fault of the courier, not Sports Direct. Looking forward to non essential shops reopening next week!
