Hi,
I placed an order and paid for next day delivery which I didn't receive until I went to my local Hermes depot and collected it myself 4 days after I placed my order. I then emailed your customer service asking about my order and whether or not I will be given a refund on the next dfay delivery charge and I am yet to receive a response? can someone please come back to me or I will be left with no choice but to take this to the press.
