Don’t reply to the emails at all, takes ages for reply on social media as that’s the only way to speak to them, terrible customer service, paid for next day delivery but didn’t come then tried to fob me of and blame the courier, by other comments they get they seem to do it a lot, people pay for next day delivery but they never send it for next day delivery
