Within my order was cycling shorts which were on offer if you bought 2 pairs. One pair arrived with the rest of the order but the other was sent separately (no problem other than the waste of packaging and inefficient delivery). When the second pair arrived, they were hanging out of the see through bag that they should have been presented in. Either someone had packed in a real rush and didn’t even manage to get the shorts in their bag, or this was a returned pair of shorts which didn’t get repacked. I suspect the latter. Doesn’t really matter because they fit and have labels on, but it just felt cheap and poor service. Also, I received a 3rd package, being the ginormous cup you insist on sending to everyone. In today’s world this is not environmentally friendly. Again wasted packaging and unnecessary delivery. But thanks for the free cup.
