I have bought three pairs of trainers from sports direct in the past three weeks. Two pairs had to go back as they didn’t fit. The first pair arrived as a size 4, I am a size 5.5. When I went into reorder (I was baffled how I had mistakenly ordered a size 4) I pressed 5.5 but when I went to the basket they had changed it to different sizes. This happened several times. I then had to pay for postage twice to return the trainers. I found £4.99 for postage is very expensive when most websites don’t charge postage or if they do they give you free returns. My trainers and leggings that I have bought have worked out very expensive and I would be reluctant to shop online with you again.
