Orders delivered promptly and customer kept informed of the progress of orders/ refunds, which is good. I think they could improve their operation by having free returns. They are one of a only a few retailers who don't offer free returns. Also a phone contact to report or discuss faulty goods, would be advantageous. I have had to pay to return a faulty item, which I find unacceptable.
