I ordered few things and had to wait 2 days at home for the delivery.
Shoes sizes are different than in a chart. Shoes came way too big. Both pairs from different brands.
And returns costs . I had to pay a return post myself by royal mail and even due to lock down i had 7 days to return an item and couldn't wait for shops to be open.
Just playing with a customers i think to avoid returns.
Such a big shop should have better service. I will not order from here again
