Absolutely abysmal service ..... took 4 pairs of trainers ...... eventually spoke to 2 managers on 2 separate occasions........after daily emails for a week.... all I wanted was a pair of C6 trainers kept getting c6 box with c7 trainers in .... the 2nd manager explained you (the company) change sizes ....... ridiculous... I ordered by following your size guide ..... and the fact u can’t actually speak to anyone directly when u have a problem took over a month to get sorted
