I Placed an order online and received the incorrect item. Communication was very poor from the customer service team who responded very slow and did not follow the instructions that i gave. I was asked to provide proof that i had returned the incorrect item, which i provided and was told that the correct item would be then sent to me on a next day delivery.
After asking for an update i didn't get a reply and communication was poor so i was left in the dark. I was then told that the incorrect item needed to be received back at the warehouse before the correct item would then be dispatched. This was different to what i was originally told!!
Then after a couple of days i was emailed to say my returned item was received and a refund had been issued ? This is not what i requested and took far too long!
I will now be ordering from a different supplier and wont be using Sports Direct in the future. Not because the item was incorrect (Mistakes Happen) but due to the very little confidence i now has in the customer service that is able to be provided. On this occasion it was extremely poor and not well handled.
