I ordered something and payed for next day delivery, only to have to chase you when it was already 2 days late, and then be told that the item wasn't going to be delivered ansd you were just going to refund me without offering any alternative. I.e. getting me a replacement order sent out next day as I clearly had paid for the express shipping as I needed the product quite urgently.
