Bought same sized trousers as I had before. Turned out to be too big as their producta are always mixed up with sizes. To exchange I should have returned it back on my own cost, after paid £7.99 for next day delivery.
So just waited until their shop reopened and exchanged there for free.
Facebook account answered days later, but at least in a friendly manner.
