1 out of 4 items arrived. I had to chase my items to be told they’re either broken beyond repair and therefore will be refunded or an item has been lost. & I’ve paid postage for all this. I’m cross that I had to chase this. The customer service I did finally receive was great so thank you to the person/people that looked into this for me but the response time here is also ridiculous
