I made an order. The money was held from my account. Sports Direct cancelled the order. Payment was lifted. Weeks later, you somehow managed to gain access to my account and debit funds from it for a cancelled order (how did you do this?). After days of waiting for a response, I’m then told to refuse the order. The order STILL hasn’t turned up. No tracking. No nothing. I’m out of money for an order that you cancelled and no item. Disgusting.
