Can't fault service fast and efficient, had to return one pair of shoes as it was the wrong size and had correct size within the week. Only issue would be the email saying my exchanged shoes would be delivered by "my" nominated courier made me believe I had to organise one, I was about to go about it to only receive a message from hermes to say they had my delivery of my exchanged shoes
