i ordered shoes that went missing, it took ages for a replacement to be sent with at least 20 emails back and forth resending a form. Then when they sent a replacement it was the wrong product in the correct box. I have returned them with a prepayed label Sports Direct sent me, so didn't have to pay postage for their mistake but am still awaiting the shoes I ordered in February.
