Awful, I ordered a size 10.5 shoe, the email confirmed my order and when the shoes arrived the box clearly states 10.5 on them, however a size 11 is inside, I sent an email regarding this, and still no reply, I've made an inquiry into returning these shoes online or when retail opens next week, and still no reply, so now I have no shoes and no money to buy another pair due to the length of time it takes you to process this problem, that sports direct is responsible for.
