Unfortunately I had to return the shoes that I ordered as they didn't fit. I was somewhat surprised to learn that after having paid £4.99 postage to have them delivered (it's the same delivery charge whether they're delivered to a home address or picked up at the store - go figure....) I would also have to foot the postage to return them. I emailed the company to ask if I exchanged the shoes for a different size would I have to pay the postage once again - I've yet to have a response. What an extremely poor show - won't be shopping with Sports Direct again.....
