I object to paying expensive postage on trainers which were not delivered. In spite of me waiting in both days that Hermès said they would be delivered and giving a safe space I was told that hey had been returned. I contacted Sports Direct to cancel the order only to have them delivered two days later. And now I am expected to pay return postage. Very unhappy with service and would like my postage both ways refunded when I return them.
