I bought a present for my friend and paid for next day delivery. 7 days later the package arrived by which time I had bought another present not forgetting her birthday was a week prior. I asked for a refund on the next day delivery which I was refused and they wouldn't even pay the postage for me to send the product back. All in all I have £13 down plus the cost of the products I bought. Disgraceful.
