I ordered hiking boots (Product Code: 186083/05/270) on the 13/4/21 & they did not arrive until the 22/4/21. This was a lot longer than the delivery time stated on the website and lead to some inconvenience. When my purchase finally arrived the box was damaged and the hiking boots were actually 2 different boots. Granted they look quite similar but they are in fact 2 different boots. I am requesting a refund or exchange.
