Ordered good online not as described ( needed wide fit) as advertised upon receiving goods too narrow. Took back to nearest store 8 miles away to be told only exchanges or credit notes no refunds. Upon booking a courier service companies showed sports direct not on list even though they had been delivered by courier. Eventually I have finally returned goods via post office (another trip out). The after sales non existent in my experience will not be shopping with this company further. Jm
