My order was missing one of the 4 items and had some size 42 trousers that weren’t ordered by me. Seems the staff are trained to do everything possible to avoid having to issue a refund or send me my missing item. First they asked me to send them pictures of the wrong item and the tags and now they’re telling me they can’t help me unless I send them a picture of the packaging (which shows / proves nothing) which was immediately binned. The invoice in the package shows the correct order but it was obviously packaged incorrectly and now I’m missing the underwear I ordered and stuck with 42 inch trousers. Disgusting customer service, showing nothing but contempt for their customers. I will never shop in store or order from Sports Direct again and I’d suggest you don’t either unless you want the wrong items and then suffer awful customer service!!
