Ordered some men’s sandals, £23..but another £5 delivery. When they came was completely wrong product. A pair of proper shoes, which were actually higher price. Someone had put the wrong barcode on the box. One good thing was customer service sent me pre paid postage sticker to return. Normally postage back you have to pay for. Unfortunately the sandals I ordered are now out of stock in my size, so not great experience unfortunately
