Ordered online 2 items, both were delivered faulty, took them back to my local branch for an exchange and was told I had to send back via post as they were faulty goods, I then had to buy it again instore and carry the faulty items and my new purchases all the way to my car. I was also told I wouldn’t have to pay for postage sending them back as with faulty items, they send through a special returns label. I emailed and sent photos of the faulty item and 4 days later, I’m still awaiting a response. Terrible customer service. Items are faulty and I’d expect a full refund.
