Extremely disappointed. Ordered 4 shorts with same article number only colour difference. But got only one which had the lace in waist. Rest had elastic rubber in waist which I didn't want. So I returned three of them. I explained through email the difference and I requested to credit me for those 3 plus the return shipping cost. I had to pay for shipping cost for delivery too. But I got refunded only for 2 shorts. All new returned same day with labels on. And not refunding for the third plus no response on shipping costs ei. If shorts have same article number and you choose yourself while ordering online. You receive still different. How are you supposed to know? The only co in UK charging you for delivery costs both ways and won't refund you immediately. I wouldn't order online ag3.
